Seeking three Certified Nurse Midwives to join an established and well-respected group of two Board Certified physicians in a hospital-affiliated practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a group that is expanding due to patient needs and has a collaborative environment where quality and patient safety is at the forefront. The midwives will provide full-scope care in a clinic and hospital with on-site physician back-up. The position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other duties as permitted by Arizona licensure and defined within the hospital medical staff bylaws. Experience is preferred, but not required – will consider new graduates.
Hospital delivers approximately 1, 100 babies per year, and a beautiful new hospital opened in May 2015 that includes 7 Labor & Delivery Rooms, 14 Post- Partum Rooms, and 8 observation beds. Level II Nursery and has Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on-site coverage 24/7/365. Pink Ribbon Facility for Breast Health Excellence featuring a 3D Mammography system. There is a strong community need for women’ s health services, this making building a practice very attractive.
